I have had the great honour and privilege of learning, sharing and working with Indigenous Peoples on Turtle Island (Canada) in many territories in the now called provinces of Ontario and British Columbia.

Over the past 20 years this experience has opened me to my own ancestry of English and Irish descendants and deepened my relationship with my earth-based spirituality, of Celtic roots.

In a nut shell, I was guided to cofound and work with Indigenous Youth in a program initially titled First Nations Natural Resources Youth Employment Program, now called Outland Youth Employment Program.

I learned a great deal about myself working with youth from numerous Indigenous Communities; after 7 years I knew it was time to deepen my own healing.  This lead me to live and learn at Yasodhara Ashram, study psychotherapy and do my Master’s in Social Work in the Indigenous Field of Study.

Fast forward to now––I live in the territory of the People of the Squamish nation, in the place called North Vancouver.  I am building my private practice by offering specialities in numerous areas, inclusive of trauma healing, stress and anxiety management, true optimized self-care, fertility and relationships.  The underlying theme in my offerings is transformation.  To support individuals to transform through finding their strength, mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually.

I am a humbled therapist who is open to questions and discussion about my path and services.

Please contact me and we can chat to see if we are a good fit.
